I created these elephants to hang from a mobile in Newport Coast, USA.

What a week! I am enjoying a lovely glass of red after putting my wee whirlwind to bed (Maisie!) and I have had the perfect day today with my Mum whose birthday it is, Happy Birthday Mum!! Hello to all my new blog followers and new likers on FB. Here are some creations I posted off this week xx

The last two weeks....

....have been soooo very busy!! Thank goodness for the Easter weekend break which meant hubby was here to mind Maisie for me. Here are some quick snaps of what has been created and posted off...

This name banner was created to match the 'On the Go Transpost Mobile' I love how the letters pop out from the white backing ribbon. This should be arriving in Auckland any day now.

Callie in New York will hopefully have received her picture by now.

This 'Cheeky Monkey' went out to Sullivan in Luxenbourg.

Any day now this Owl Family will be arriving in Queensland, Australia.

The brief for this mobile was red, white and blue... i'm really happy with how it turned out with only the three colours. This should have arrived in Washington, USA by now.

The goody gumdrop owls were a custom mobile for a good pal, just love all the colours!

This cute wee Owl Family will be hanging pride of place in a Auckland hallway, greeting guests as they come to visit. Would look great with 'welcome' too I think!!

This bird family was made to match a mobile for a lovely lady in the states.

I just love the colours on this owl family, made for sex and name unknown here in New Zealand. Name banner has been left blank and I included some felt for the 'crafty' mum to complete herself!

My latest addition to the Maisie-Moo range. This was originally a custom request from a customer in Scotland who gave me a loose brief. I made sure I had a touch of tartan in there too!

and this order can through about 10 minutes after posting the above pics to facebook and since I had so much fun making them I rushed it through too.

This Owl Family has a quite retro feel... I love the orange, not a colour I use too often but I think it works so well. This family is off to New York!

Little Yellow Owl

I just love how this family turned out. I have just completed this creation for a family in Boston now have two daughters. The newest one being the cute little yellow owl Sarah. There are also two ladybirds (or ladybugs depending on where your from) to represent the family dogs. I do hope you like!!

How colourful are these ladies? I so enjoyed making them, something a bit different and a chance to use this retro farmyard fabric I picked up recently.

Hello strangers!!

So sorry for not posting sooner, just looked and it has been 6 weeks!! I do hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. It has been such a busy time since then, lots of babies being born yay!!

I have posted some pictures of my new hanger and mobiles that I had been commissioned to make. I was not entirely happy with the curved wood so now have another option to choose from.. hope you like it?

This mobile was the result of a brief from a customer that went a little like this "Russian dolls in Pink and Purple with love hearts... something traditional looking but not fussy..." This is the result

This mobile was created for a little girl who's mum wanted a calm dreamy bird mobile in pink and grey. I really like the softness of this mobile and the pink cheeked sleeping moon.
